Supervision and Training

Beyond counselling and therapy services, I also offer clinical supervision and provide specialized training and development programs to support and enhance your practice.

Clinical Supervision

I am committed to providing you with a supportive environment where you can freely process and reflect. I will create and hold space for the times you don’t know or don’t understand your next steps. Together, we'll navigate moments of uncertainty and explore pathways forward. We will delve into diverse perspectives to uncover a range of possibilities that work for you and your practice.

I am available to support individual practitioners and groups with:

  • Supervision focused on clinical development and restorative self care

  • Consultations in my areas of expertise:

    • Complex mental health

    • Chronic pain and illness

    • Suicidality and risk management

    • Family systems

Training and Development

I have created and facilitated a number of training courses for groups as small as 6 and as large as 100, ranging in duration from half-day sessions to full weekend workshops. Through my experience, I've found that the most effective training occurs with groups of 10-15 individuals in an environment conducive to hands-on, experiential activities.

Prior to our session, we'll connect to discuss your goals and objectives. This is also an opportunity for you to share any key information relevant to our shared success. If you have a specific group size, duration, format, or topic, I'd love to hear your ideas and see how we can work together to accommodate your learning needs. Participants demonstrating successful completion of the course will receive a corresponding Certificate of Completion

Some of my previous training offerings include:

  • Brief Models of Therapy in Practice

  • Compassion Fatigue Among the Helping Professions

  • Clinical Considerations with Chronic Pain and Illness

  • Documentation Standards

  • Feminist Therapy

  • Fostering Hope with Suicidal Clients

  • Scaling as a Tool for Motivation

  • Setting Motivational Goals
